    Anyway, I weighed in at 173 today and will probably be 170 by the end of the week. I usually gain back at least 5 pounds over the weekend though when I am not going crazy in the gym. your thoughts???

    PS. I bought Wheybolic protein today and it tastes like doo doo, which coincidentally, is exactly what it makes you do....
    Hi, I will first say that I am not an expert on nutrition of have any qualifications, the following is based on my own research and experience. I try to keep it simple and dont eat any special foods any mainly look at total calories and total protein/carb/fat amounts for the day.

    PM me If you (or anyone else) want a copy of my basic nutrition chart and I will send it to you. I did it in Ms Excel and it automatically calculates the cals, prot/carb/fat based on different food I eat. All you do is estimate (but better to use scales or measuring cup) the quantity and fill in the chart
