    powerade and them sort of drinks

    are they good for training people have said that waters good for training under a hour and energy drinks are good for after a hour.
    are they good for me while im trying to loose weight

      Stay away from them. Most sports drinks contain high fructose corn syrup, which next to cigarette smoke is the worst thing you can legally put in your body. Drink water.

            You could mix REAL fruit juice with water, something like 1/4 juice 3/4 water would be good. It does have its advantages of restoring electrolytes and if you have a FEW carbs in your drink its actually supposed to rehydrate you better (or something like that, look up sports drinks to be sure). But thats best done during a workout longer than 1 hour.

            Dont use juices with pulp to mix, makes a weird ass drink with lil floaties.

              gatorade contains alot of salts to replenish those lost while sweating. i find it is great for prolonging workouts, far beter than water
