    yeh i do ab work i think il jus stretch tomorrow before my run.

      Correct your posture and do back physio everyday. Search for it on google: Back physiotherapy. I'm sure someone somewhere has posted diagrams of the exercises. Also, one reason why people do not recover is poor compliance. Make sure you do the stated doses at the very least. I do my back and physio exercises for 30 minutes throughout the day.
