Probably because you box like ****ing quasimodo! Bouncing around the ring with your shoulders hunched like the hunched back of Notre Dame!

Either that or you've taken one to many for the team in the showers!

I have these kinds of problems every time I run - my body's just not built for it.
Some of the better advice I've gotten over the years:
Stretch before & after, warm up, cool down, don't increase your running distance or frequency more often than every 3rd week, don't jump back into what you were doing at your peak before- start slow, Epsom salt baths are good for sore muscles, there are many good joint supplements, don't be afraid to take a day off when you're sore, make sure you're eating right, and make sure you're getting enough sleep.
Listening to Sean Paul's Deport Them can help too. hehe

Whenever I get back pains its usually because of the way Ive been sitting or lying down. Every once in a while check your posture and correct it if need be. Have you been doing alot of burpees, lower ab exercises, or deadlifts & such? those can screw up my back from time to time. I usually just give them a rest for a day or two, along with correcting my posture and it helps every time.
