1-2 what a week? Cheat days? How many did you think I was suggesting?

I think you should keep your alt account trolling to NSB. Doing it in this section may result in your ignorance spreading to others.

Bro, I'm in the exact same position. I fought in Novemeber at 141 and since then have tried EVERYTHING I possibly could but the weight hasn't gone anywehre and I really haven't grown....I'm 18, I weight 150-153 now but it just won't come off. Like you I haven't had fast food since.......probably March. It's very discouraging.

I agree its very frustrating and im thinking about taking a month off to see how I feel, since ive been training hard and staying in the gym so much(6 days out of the week). Im tired of working hard and not seeing results.

Stop eating bread, stop eating salt, drink water if you're thirsty. Weight isn't really something that sticks to you for no reason. There should be a reason it's staying, you just have to find it and work to fix it.

pretty good sparring session. you have to maintain a good diet, eat often, exercise, and rest. its been working for me but everyone's body is different, you have to experiment. the way i see it is that just keep doing what you're doing and you'll see results, you seem to be in a good direction, (that is of course you are true to your word).
