            no he used to fight but injuries kept him from seariously competing. Hes now a strength and conditioning coach. Hes really underated, I would like to see him in alot of pros corner or camp because this guy really knows how to train fighters.

              yup ross is the man, I follow his training modalities and I always see great results in fitness. I find that your conditioning fades pretty fast (like 1 month) so you have to keep the intensity up while doing everything else or do his conditioning routines at least twice a week to hold on to what youve gained, which is usually like 30-40mins total so its pretty easy to get off your ass for those kinds of benefits.

                  we usually do drills like those in our gym but not as intense as the first half of that video, thats a crazy flurry of 1, 2's. hes da man tho, his jump roping skills are crazy.
