Here's what he did yesterday
9am: Woke up. Checked to see if his balls have grown back, but there was no sign of them.
10am: Almost went outside but decided to stay in, just incase Cotto was within a 50 mile radius.
11am: Logged onto boxingscene under the username 'Horus' and posted seventeen threads full of multi-coloured excuses for not fighting a top ten welterweight.
1pm: Logged onto boxingscene as one of his 50 alts. Gave red k to someone because they had Cotto in their avatar.
2pm: Called 50 Cent. No answer. Left a message asking him to tell people that Floyd is 'street' and 'down with da homeys'.
3 pm: Went for a run. It wasn't planned but he thought he saw someone who looked like Antonio Margarito and had to get away fast.
5pm: Texted Ricky Hatton to see if he is still on for a re-match. Assured him that he is p4p #2 in the world and that those who disagree are just haters. Told him that the money he made fighting Lazcano is more important than the standard of his performance.
6pm: Watched a tape of his fight with Baldomir whilst masturbating and shouting "yeah baby, boxing clinic!"
10pm: Early night for little Floyd, lots of ducking to do in the morning. Fell asleep on a big pile of money, laughing at the idiots who pay money to see him fight.

I coulda sworn i read somewhere that he worked out 3 days a week, but for longer than average time per session (3 hours? 6 hours?).
Also remember reading that he'd roll up in the gym whenever he felt like working out - no matter the time of day; the intended implication that he'd be doing "extra credit" I think, but came off as "i don't go to the gym till i feel like it".
I would imagine that his workout was something ridiculous, like 30 min of jump rope, 12 rounds of shadow, 12 rounds on mitts, 12 rounds on heavybag (which he doesn't hit hard), 12 rounds on speedbag.
He's always had hand problems, so I could definitely see infrequent workouts of higher intensity.

I only found one clip (not posted) where he's hitting the heavybag solid more than for a single shot or two - and it's a combo he repeats about 3 times.
The guy's got great technique; but weak hands - so no hate on him for not ****in the heavybag - he's doing what he's gotta to be able to train on a regular basis.

At least it's an overview in his own words; still can't find the stuff I was talking about earlier.

From what I have read he usually goes out and runs when he feels like it. Trys to aim for 2 miles more then he thinks he's opponent is running. He hits 24/7 fitness sometimes at night for some weightlifting and work on the different cardio machines. He works like a mother****er in the gym. Eddie Mustafa Muhammad said he has never seen a fighter who trains so hard. Does a lot of hard sparring, mitt work, bag work, skip rope and other exercises. He usually works by number of punches, not rounds, except when sparring. Which is why you see Garcia with the counting thing. Nothing revolutionary.
