i run about 2-3 miles 5 times a week, dropped about a stone(i am 12.6st now)but i i will now start doing resistance band training and stuff like that to get rid of the thin layer of fat,i think running alone will only get you so far!

    p.s. i now have a 2 and a half pack...lol

if you run 2 miles in some fairly steep hills or 3 on flat ground 4-5 times a week you'll have a six pack in under 3 months

false guy....abs are made in the kitchen....wind sprints work the best

jogging one or two mile will do nothing....run 1 or 2 miles dont jog, its useless.... 2 mile in12 or less than your doing good....
