lol i love these threads.... but hey, it depends on what your plans are in boxing.... but definately run, and if you want a strong physique, lift, pushups, situps, and since most of these guys are obsessed with abs, do leg lifts
Just run, I'd say try for 3 or 4 miles. If, like me, you're not particularly great at running you might like to try running for 3 mins, walking for 1, running for 3 mins, walking for 1 etc, etc. I usually do ten 'rounds', then head back home to punch f**k out of my bag for 30 mins. If you discipline yourself to run 4 times a week you'll notice a difference quite soon.
