To p4pking, I'm not pushing the bag though even if it may look like that.
My body just stays turned the same way after I punch. I didn't know I should turn it back...
About the straights: I know that looked kinda terrible. I guess my range from the bag was just to small. But when I get in a far range in order to fully enxtend my arms I just touch the bag a little and don't really "hit" it. Any idea how I can solve this?

PS: about the boxing gym. Please read my first reply where I responded to this. So please stick to advice which I can apply at home.

    Thanks in advance!
You are pushing your punches becuase your throwing arm punches you need to turn into your punches. And if you have enough snap in your punches the bag will barely move. Learn how to pivot as well to get some power into ya punches.

Your arm should be fully extended when it lands. For ultimate power and it keeps your opponent at range.

actually p4pking is 100% right. That is called pushing the bag. You might not realize your doing it but you are. The bag shouldnt move like that when hit correctly. Get to a gym before you get stuck with a **** load of bad habits.

I've just seen the video again and it may be true that I sometimes threw arm punches when it was the straight right. I can clearly see what I am doing wrong with that one now. But with my left hook I did turn my body into and I didn't threw arm punches with left hook at all so I don't see how you call that pushing the bag. I think the bag itself is relatively light aswell so maybe that's why it's swinging alot, It's also hung on a cord in adition to the chain because otherwise it would hang to high. That could also contribute in the swinging.

I'll see if I can make a new video soon where I try work on things a bit more so you guys can see if I successfuly worked on the defaults. I will also try goining a gym too as soon as possible ofcourse as I already said in my first reply!

PS: p4pking, what do you mean with "your stance is too square"?
        Thanks in advance again!

          wasnt bad,

the most obsvious advice seems to be join a gym which is very good advice,

tbh your not that bad, you havent joined a gym and youve wqorked yourself, least youve got your bag sorted and are willing to work adn post a vid to get advice,

the most ovbious mistake your making is your not turning your shots, mainly your jab, you dont turn your hand, just before impact you need to turn the hand so your palm is facing downwards,
secondly your throwing too low, you need to throw to head, nice and high, and keep other hand in place when throwing,
thirdly, you left hook to the head + hook to the body combo thing isnt very good, if you look at it, sumone would easiily hit you as you throw the too shots, and the second one to the body is not very effective, wen throwing too the body you need to bend your kness and get down low, and genarate momentom for power in the shot,
you need to move more, boxing is about footwork in the ring, move around the bad, get inrange and out, throw ont he insdie and the outside,

overall,. i know you may not want to hear it, but joining a gym is the best thing for you, it will imporve you imesnly

          good luck

Thank you for the advice Mr Tricky. After I saw the vid I also knew I should punch higher but when I do my **** starts to swing immensely in an irritating way. It's not that I can't punch higher because when I punch in the air it looks just fine.
My biggest problem indeed is my jab I think. When I throw it in the air it also looks fine imo but the bag just blocks it too hard so I can't fully extend my arm. And when I get in a far range so I CAN extend my arm I barely seem to touch the bag when I punch....

Get to a gym is my advice and start again.
You seem to be concluding that I push the bag out of the fact that the bag swings. I don't want to be a prick or anything but when you see heavy bag video's of Louis, Marciano, Foreman, Tyson, Dempsey... they all have a swinging bag too. Does that mean they don't punch right either either as it should barely move when punched right? I'm not comparing myself to them ofc as their bags were probably like 5 times heavier than mine.

I'm sure pushing punches can be a cause of a swinging bag, but powerful punches can also be a cause I think. In the vid I posted I probably was pushing a bit though I admit that. I'm just saying this so next time when I would post a video and the bag still swings don't instantly conclude I push the bag.
What do you mean with a "square" stance by the way?
                Thanks in advance!
