Me on the punch bag

    i said it to you before Andy over messenger...

    you need to show yourself hitting the bag with a little more space and fully extend those arms. At 80kg's+ the boys are usuallly 6ft+ so you need to make the most of your reach. You also will be able to show some power.

    Also, more weight on your back foot - you're lunging in...and effectively putting your chin into their range. Another factor which will be solved by fully extending your punches and rotating your hips fully - you are over-commiting and leading yourself into danger.

    Other than that, you look a lot better than some of the videos i've seen on here.

      i'm under 75kg at them so am happy, i'll try n get a vid on a bag that has more room around it.

          Your power looked below average for your weight, footwork was appauling at times and you were throwing arm punches. But better than sterlings.

            first of all thanks the the stiff neck :P lol

            erm good footwork i must say and great guard to, ur punches are quite sharp; ur firsts are never away from ur guard too much when u punch.

            but like Bendigo said... use ur full range a bit more dude.

              oh on my last comment ... footwork WAS good ... but keep it consistent cos at times ur footwork was a bit off
