Why do boxers get bent noses? what can u do to prevent it?

Im telling you man, a nose job is really cheap. I think most of the people here dont realize that some people actually care about how they appear. But if your forgot think about this. Have fun getting laid with a nose like this!

it's from all the shiots they take...if you are scared off getting a messed up nose,don't box ,simple as...

He means as in some boxer get ''1'' jab and their nose gets ****ed up and a other guy can take like ''10'' jabs to the nose before it gets ****ed up, and he wants to know the reason I guess.

how do boxers go there noses very bent and messed up ? is it from taking to many punches? or how they take them? Over sparring?
What can u do to prevent this?
I am sorta worried about my nose but i dont get hit there much but i still dont want my nose to get messed up just because of boxing.
Does it matter on what type of nose u have? im mixed race white and black so im not sure what type of nose i got lol a mixture i guess.

If you are worried about your nose, stay home and play chess. Boxing is a dangerous sport, like football and hockey. If you can't handle the injuries don't get involved. Read my posts and you will see me carping about good defense. However, even if you do keep your chin down and your guard up you can still get hit. Move your head all you want, but sooner or later you will move it straight into a punch. That's boxing. You are going to take some hits, just don't give them away.
