    Weight Gain

I need to get to 135 by July, currently im about 125-126 and i have been maintaining that for a while. I'd like it to be lean muscle, and i want to gain little to no fat. I'm 5'7 and i'd like to accomplish this without weights, the only weight training i do now are shrugs.
So yeah help would be good, what foods should i eat?

good protein like fish, turkey, chicken, lean red meat, eggs

good karbs like oaths, wholewheat pasta, brown rich, beans, peas, chickpeas, fruits and veggies.

good fats like fatty fish, good olive oil, avocado, eggs, almonds and nuts(in moderation).

the most important thing is to get enough kcal from the following.

adding weights will help your muscle gain.........so why dont you want to use weights?

Squats......hit the legs hard.....this isnt going to hurt your boxing ability.....

          &

Loads of complex carbohydrates and 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight will help to add muscle....anytime you add muscle you will add a little fat but dont worry guy, deal with it....

You don't have to do weights to gain mass, but it does defently help. You have to eat more if you want to get bigger, this doesn't mean pigging out on **** but rather just greater quan****** of good nutrious foods that aren't highly processed. Combine that with a good workout system and you can get bigger in no time. After all look at Da1, he does minimal weights and look at the size of him, just eat enough and make sure you get proper rest and at least 30-45g of protein into your body within 45 mins of a workout and you will see results.

Is it not bad news to have a bowl of carbs with milk before bed? I've often felt tempted around 10pm to have a snack and have thought of having a bowl of oats but I've heard it's best not to eat after 8pm and that's what I've been sticking to.

Ironically, after saying all that - I too need to bulk up. I've lost so much fat since the turn of the year that my waist size has gone down three inches!!!
