Get a back scrubber, I had the same problem, this makes sure all the **** gets off your back and that you reach the whole area. But like everyone else has said go to your doctor mate, they will have something that you can use.

Kind of a weird question, need help.

Just thought to mention, might help you might not. When I use branded soap (i.e. soap made by large corporations), I always end up with broken and dry skin after a while.
I shifted a lot of my purchases to organic a while back and organic soap and shampoo works wonders. Since using the organic soap I have never had broken & dry skin on my hands. My skin is obviously allergic to the chemicals they put in soap, which they don't shovel into organics.
