Kind of a weird question, need help.

I guess this started in the Army but has been continuing as i've been training and it's kind of embarassing. I'm guessing it's because of sweat, but i'm starting to break out on my chest and upper back with acne. I'm starting at a new gym this summer, and it's something I really don't want to deal with, it hurts at times and is just unattractive and overall uncomfortable.

I heard there are certain body washes you can use to help get rid of this condition, does anyone have the same problem, and any information is appreciated, thanks in advance.

acne is typical on sportsmens chest and back due to the extra sweating, there are creames and lotions.

i would visit my doctor ore atleast the a pharmacy

A few years ago when I trained much harder and more often I too broke out in backne. As stated by Leff, I hit up the dermatologist and he gave some cream that does the trick.

Or you could try showering once in a while, you dirty ****.

Use body scrubs after each workout and try swimming a few times a week. That should clear it up.

Don't let the sweat stay on your body too long. Sweat can clean the pores and prevent acne but it's a double edged sword because sweat can also infect the pores if it's not cleaned off quick enough, sometimes washing it off quickly wont prevent it.

You can go to your doctors, they'd give you something.

I'd say try head and shoulders, 'classic'. Sounds weird but gently wash the areas with that with a small amount (don't leave it on though). Sounds weird but Head and Shoulders does actually contain stuff in it which can fight off infections which can cause acne. Give it a go if it doesn't work then you've only lost £2 and still have some shampoo. If it does, voila.

                  /

GO TO YOUR DOCTORS FOR DEFINTE

they will give you stuff to make it go away,

i had acne on my face and ive been given tablets before and i now use cream which dries my face out to prevent sweat and grease or whatever ,

doctor will supply you with stuff,

otherthan that just wash with regular soap, and then dry and repeat with after every session

Thanks for all your help guys, I heard on tv there was a body wash that actually eliminates it, but I missed the name of it, I just want to get it done with before I hit the gym, really irritating.
