All pain isn't created equal. Training pain feels different than injury pain. Once you learn how to "feel" your body, you will know what sort of problem you have. Until then see a doctor. Anybody who thinks they are qualified to diagnose the problem over the internet is leading you astray.
I second that. It's amazing how many chumps you see on the forums these days that are all about "take the pain, you *****" when all they do is sit on the ****ing comp all day. I scoff at pansies like that.
