    BAD leg pain

This week i have been doing as much up hill sprints as i can, like every day twice a day, plus working everyday stood up 24/7 .. then the other day i bent down to pick something up and the pain was so bad i could have cried, i probably would have if i was alone, the pain was like at the back of my thigh just above my knees .. i should go to the docs i just wondered if anybody else had it?

You could also have fuchsia problems. Fuchsia is like this layer that is covering all of your body under your skin and if it is pulled(like in the leg) people experience strong pains.
I suggest you do two thing, first try to check your footwear, and if it is has flat sol, I suggest you change to comething with sole supports.

Second is you get yourself a tennis ball, step on it with the foot in question and try to play around with it, but without letting it from under your foot.

Then again you might have a hamstring pull or something of that matter too, so if my advices dont help just go see the vet.

Intense training can lead to training injuries if done improperly. All injuries need to be taken seriously because they can lead to a premature end to your career. What you shouldn't do is listen to these macho compu-nerds who have never done any training.

All pain isn't created equal. Training pain feels different than injury pain. Once you learn how to "feel" your body, you will know what sort of problem you have. Until then see a doctor. Anybody who thinks they are qualified to diagnose the problem over the internet is leading you astray.
