    i personally hate running partners
if theyre too fast, its just annoying, and if theyre too slow you cant push yourself. plus i like to reflect and relax when i run

I agree, but they do make sure I go and I make sure they go. I know you should be able to just say "i'm going for a run" and go, but everyone knows that sometimes it doesn't work that way and every so often you think "**** it, maybe not tonight" but then when they come knocking on the door all ready you can't, so you go.

I once went running with my friend, he needed a break literally every 5 minutes. He told me he wanted to run with me every day that i literally just stopped running outside and started going on a tredmill at the gym.

Really, that's all down to how hard you discipline yourself. I'm excercising every night and at the weekends too - even when I can't be arsed. Maybe it's because I don't have much of a social life!
