How can you jab at the same time as a straight? they have the exact same line from chine to chin pretty much, there will be some deflection there and in most cases the right will win simply because the have more mass behind the punch.
The reason why you are getting so many negative comments is because your coming off as extremely arrogant, you post video's then completely disagree with what anyone says.
Your trainer is slapping your gloves that much it's not funny, tell your trainer to get the freddie roach dvd from title because opposition wont be headbutting your punches like your trainer was.

Cut the guy some slack, as the title says it's pad work in a defensive context, and from what I saw his defense is pretty good.
Your footwork and punching form is good. You seem to be purposefully holding back a bit as regards power.
Only slight bit of critique I would offer is your left hand seems to return to a low position after a jab.
