    I'm 32 and started 12 months ago.

Its never to late to start, I match it with the 19 and 20 year olds who have been doing it for years. They might have speed that I lack but there stamina and grind it out fitness is not as good as mine.

Go for it bro, also let me tell you something about sports, you may be worried if you have potential or talent, people will never tell you you have these things unless you do something kinda big which sucks.

Once you win some fights or a tournament or even win a difficult spar people will tell you wow you've got talent or you've got potential, but behind that its all the hard work which took you there.
So don't worry about these words at the start put your best into it, and you will be hearing about your talent and potential as a fighter in no time

Thanks again everyone for your inof and advice. I've already been in the gym 4 days and it feels great. I see how boxing can become very addicting.
