    monday:

    6x2 min rounds sparring

    4x2 min rounds skipping

    5 minutes of some skill stuff

    some explosive jumping 2x1.5 min rounds

    about 1 hour all up of padwork (done in rounds, cant member exact no. of rounds)

    10 mins of explosive fitness work

    5 mins ab work

        TUESDAY:

        (during the day; 12pm-2pm)
        - 3 three minute rounds of shadowboxing
        - 2 three minute rounds of skipping
        - 10 rounds on different hvy bags and uppercutbag
        - over 200 different kind of sit ups, crunches, legraises, etc. AB WORK
        - like half or round on the speedbag lol.

        then i was done, i was tired. this week is for me to get back into shape. so far im kinda disappointed with my work rate.. but im gunna step it up tomorrow or possibly train again tonight..

        - approx. 30 minute run. (same bike trails i always run, lots of sprints and hills , some intense uphills and offroads, half an hour of this is easily 2 miles. prolly more.) -EDITTED and ADDED

        anyways, ill post up tomorrows workout later on tomorrow. gunan try to get more done

          I'm donig this today.

          Skip Rope for 15 minutes
          Shruggs with 35 kg batbell 10 sets of 30
          Pushups 10 sets of 25
          Chair dips 10 sets of 20

          Leg Raises 5 sets of 50
          Crunches 5 sets of 50
          Sit Ups 5 sets of 50

          Shadowbox for about 20 minutes

          Tomorro im going to go to the gym and work out my back

            This is my typical work out and training routine
            Stretch: Neck, Shoulders, Chest, Lats, Legs, Hips... etc (From Top to Bottom basically)

            Rope: Three 3 minute rounds. 1st Min run in place skipping as fast as I can, 2nd min keep a steady pace and 3rd min speed it up and doubling it up on the last 30 secs. 25 pushups in between rounds.

            Shadow boxing: Three 3 min round of shadowboxing. Working combinations and also footwork around the ring. Haven't started shadowboxing with light weight yet.

            Depending on my coach we might do two 3 min rounds of just technique drills such as slipping, blocking, footwork, suicide drills, etc.

            Heavy Bags: Four 3 min rounds of heavy bag. Work on the combinations that coach yells out.

            Double End Bag: Usually work with two other guys on this bag for three 3 min rounds, while coach calls out combinations.

            Speed Bag: Two 3 min rounds of speed bags. I haven't fully mastered jumping while hitting the speed bag, currently practicing.

            Last portion of training is usually pure calisthenics. Such as push ups, leg lunges, pull ups, dips, ab-work (crunches, scissors, bicycles, etc.), and even the good ole sledghammer to truck tire for a complete round, alternating stances.

            Depending at what time I train either morning or evening, i usually run after a morning training session and before a evening training session. I was on and off running so I just started my running routine at an easy 2 mile trail consisting of inclines n so forth. will be moving up to 3,4, and maybe 5 miles as i progress. I will also want to add variety to the cardio by doing fast springs up and down a hill, but thats when my body will get used to the intense routine.

              nice, that sounds time consuming. u must be in there for like 3-4 hours. props for the hardwork...

              heres todays for me


              WEDNESDAY

              - 30 minute run (same trails, downhill sprints, steep uphills.. )
              - 5 five minute rounds on handpads
              - 1 three minute round of blocking drills, minor slipping drills...


              me and my buddy again.. got some work in, i was kinda busy today but i still got in a good workout without hitting the gym.. tomorrow sparring so i feel ready after the past 4 days and it should go down better then monday, hopefully more rounds too.. ill post up tomorrow later on.

                THURSDAY

                - 15 minute warm up jog
                - 50 upsidown sit ups
                - 4 three minute rounds of shadowboxing
                - 3 three minute rounds on speedbag
                - 4 two minute rounds of sparring

                the sparring was good today, sparred same buddy i did on monday, monday we went light and today we didnt lol... we both had our moments. im the bigger man but he is more experienced, he counters me a lot, and gets combinations off.. i land harder punches , i learned a lot today. got a lot to think about n work on. great sparring today.

                almost felt like i was gunna puke after lol, if i went one more round i prolly woulda

                  thanks, but nah man, two hours as long as you stay busy, with 30-40 second rest between rounds. the 3-4 hour time frame is accurate since doing cardio outside the gym is also required.

                    i go gym three times a week
                    do 1 mile running straight, with other sprints through out
                    shoulder work like pullovers, chest flies, pull downs (triceps)
                    then youre general situps/crunches etc
