      Your body cannot store protein. You are using far too much and risk liver damage if you are not drinking plenty of water.

      The increase in nitrogen is very tough on the kidneys, and the liver must also process all the nitrogen.

      Not sure what you are trying to do? Best drinking whey only when you have not got access to proper nutrition. To 'grow' You should aim for 1gram protein for every pound of body weight.

        Under normal circumstances Muscle Milk is at best a medium to sub grade protein......temporarily I have eliminated most carbs from my diet and am consuming more long chain fatty acids than normal......so if anything I would be concerned with elevating my tryglicerides.......

          your gonna deposit fat and if thats what you want then your goin in the right direction. when you have more protein that your body needs it goes through a process that converts it into carbohydrates then when carbohydrates get too high your insulin in your body will spike which makes you deposit fat!!!!

            Muscle Milk has CASEIN protein, not WHEY protein. Casein is a slow digesting protein that will feed your body for longer than whey. Think of whey as simple sugars and Muscle Milk/Casein as complex. I dont mean that in a bad way towards Whey either, they both have their uses.

                I feel fine.....i was not eating starches during this time so I actually lost about 6 lbs..And I did finish both containers in 8 days......I did a lot of circuit training and HIIT stuff throughout the course of this......it tastes like a milkshake man, I mean ridiculous!
