    6 weeks to lose 14lbs.

Here's the thing... Im going away in just over 6 weeks (6 weeks & 2 days) and I'm determined to lose around 14lbs. I'm 203lbs at the minute and want to get down to around 189-191lbs for when I go.

This morning I ran 3mile, did 15 minutes on the cross trainer, 15 minutes on the bike and then did 100 pressups & sit ups. When I woke up (8.30am) I had fruit and a pint of water, then I had a protein shake and a banana after my work out (11am). I've got two steamed chicken breasts, a cup of rice and a protein shake for my dinner tonight whilst i'm in work.

I'm now in work for the next 10 hours which I think is going to be the main thing getting in the way of me working out/losing the weight as all i do in my job is sit down all day and I work 10 hour shifts.

I'll put up an update each week of how i'm doing and probably post a few pics of my progress aswell.

Anybody got any advice as to what I could/should be eating or certain excercises I could do?

This forum has gone to **** lately so serious answers only please!!

    Cheers

See how that does you for the first week, I mean the weight should fall off with that diet, if not then up the cardio work.

I'm 199lbs now so lost 4lbs in the past week. Not bad really, just hoping it will keep coming off.

Yeah it should do providing you stick to it.

14 pounds over 6 weeks aint that much if you think about it.

The Pills Thing Works For Some But Don't Use Any Pills. You Have 6 Weeks.

Try Eating Lots Of Meats Throughout The Day.........

Cut Down On Your Bread Significantly....

Drink Lots Of Water.. Loads Of It....

                  Train Hard....

Try To Have Dinner No Later Than 6.... (if You Got To Bed At 10)

Get Your Full Rest Hours At Night.

I WAS 185 2 WEEKS AGO.. TODAY I WOKE UP 170. AND I FEEL GOOD. PROTEIN SHAKES HELPED ME AND EATING LOTS OF MEATS SUCH AS FISH AND CHIKEN WITH YELLOW RICE.. LOTS OF WATER ALSO.

I've cut bread out and don't eat any later than 6pm. Been drinking plenty of water aswell. There's no reason it wont come off aslong as I work hard.

Thanks for all of your replys.
