some breakfast cookies and waffles
1.5L water
0.5L milk
I used to eat alot of chocolate and other sugar things but I suddenly quit and now I don't even think it's tasty anymore...Comment

My diet varies big time
Yesterday I had:
7am :3 Cups of real strong coffee
9am :4 sausages, 6 bacon, 3 eggs all fried in butter, beans and mushrooms with black pudding, 2 bits fried bread and 2 pieces of toast. And a cup of tea.
11:30am: snack of 4 crumpets, lashing of butter and a small bit of marmite and another cup of tea.
13:30pm: Lunchtime and re-heated Indian takeaway from night before. 2 pieces of tandoori chicken, bombay potatoes, brindl bhaji, sag paneer, naan bread and poppadums with onion,chutney and lime pickle.
16:00pm: Another 2 cups of coffee and a packet of biscuits and a packet of chocolate buttons to see me through until dinner time.
21:00pm: Late dinner as the chinese resturant took ages to deliver. 1/4 Crispy Duck and Pancakes, Spare Ribs in Garlic and Salt, Soft Noodles, Crispy Wan Ton, Beef Satay on skewers and some sweet n sour vegies.
00:00am: My midnight snack of 3 bags of prawn ****tail crisps and another cup of tea.
Only had 15 cigarettes yesterday and pounded the heavybag a few times as well.
All in All a very unhealthy day and I need to sort myself out.Comment
