Breakfast: One bowl of ''Crunchy Oat Bakes'' with a cup of whole milk.
11am: A Mars Bar and half a bottle of lucozade.
2pm: A handful of Muesli cookies and the rest of the lucozade
Tea: A plate of fried chicken strips with lettuce and tomato and a glass of white g**** water.
7pm: A cup of Innocent smoothie and a raspberry ripple sundae.
9pm: A red g****fruit with half a teaspoon of sugar spread over it.
Not sure if this is good or bad, but it seems to be doing me well. I'm gradually trying to include more healthy things into what I eat.

Also, i hate those innocent smoothies. The only other problem i see is that there are no full meals eaten in your day. That's crazy.

I had a protein shake for breakfast... came home had some coffe at like 11:30 and then to hotdogs with no bread.. ketchup too...
Came home had some rasins.... went to training then just got home and had 1 chicken leg.
I know it sounds horrible... maybe it is.. But training went exceptionally well today. Really good.

I usually eat about 2 fruit a day.
How long do you work out for while eating carb foods? I don't think i could stick to a plan like that without some form of protein.Originally posted by Tuggers1986 View PostIt makes me laugh how apart from Versy everybody else seems to have the perfect diet. AND.... If thats the case howcome there aint as many people walking around with bodys like David Haye or Jeff Lacy? Especially considering you all seem to have the perfect diet.
On the days that I eat mostly fruit for energy (tuesdays and thursdays), I go to the pool straight after school and swim for 45 minutes straight. I get really tired after that so when I get home, I eat a banana, and kind of give my body time to recover some energy (usually takes 30-45 minutes). Then, I do 4 sets of 30 pullups, and 60 pushups. The 30 pullups I don't do all at the same time, but I get them done in about 1 minute. 60 pushups I do at once. Then, after doing those 4 sets, I eat some fruit again for energy and that energy mix, and then, around 8 pm, I do another set of about 40 pullups (again, not all at the same time: around 1:30), and do 60 pushups, rest 20 seconds, then 35 more. That's the workout I do on those days.
Tuggers,
Surprisingly, I have stuck to that diet for over 5 months now - ever since I started going to the boxing gym. I enjoy eating fruits, and the food that I do eat I enjoy as well, not only for its taste but also for the fact that it is extremely healthy compared to the **** I used to eat. I don't know exactly what a perfect diet is, nor does it really matter to me, but your statement about having the body of someone like Haye or Lacy isn't necessarily true if you solely have a "perfect" diet. A lot of it has to do with genetics, and doing a lot of strength training, and proper training at that. When I finish the workouts mentioned above, my body does looked pretty ripped, but again, that's after putting it through that stress.
