reed you know nothing. after this fast sudden weight loss your body will deal with the "real" food as if it needs to store it as fat, because you ***ed its body clock and metabolic rate up. It now thinks shi_t we just had a famine and to stay alive i must convert ANY food into storage fats.
the best way to lose weight is over 6months, slowely and eating healthy with interval training, weight training and generally no stress in life with good sleep and water intake.
you WILL fail miserably at maintaining the diet. rightly so too.
also to note, our genetics determine how fat we get, how much we burn etc...Comment
