I've never believed in such extreme measures for fat loss; use up more than you put in, it's that simple.

Crash diets like this are bad for your health, not ingesting solid foods and dropping so much weight so quickly just ain't good for you. It's not the worst thing in the world, granted, but there's far better ways to lose fat.

I'd rather be fit as hell and strong as an ox and look like Fedor Emelianenko, than have all kinds of intrinsic problems and look like a Greek statue.

Velocity diet really works when you got a lot to burn off. If you are in a position where you only got to burn off a couple of pounds its better to try less severe methods

the only thing bad about this diet and pretty much any crash diet is that you cant do this forever. and once you start eating again you will most likely put the weight back on. now if you can do this for 2 weeks then gradually introduce healthy foods and small portions then ok. but most of the people who does crash diets always wind up not lasting or putting it back on.

You will only put fat back on if, when you shift back to eating, you eat pizza, burgers, friez etc... If you go back to healthyf oods, then no, you wont gain the fat back.

It's basically a liquid diet. I have no doubt it works and you get all the essential nutrients. But only 1 meal of solid food per week?

                    Phuck that ****.
