Should you train the week before a fight or just rest?

if you fight on Saturday... Monday will be normal training, bags sit ups, sparring etc... Tuesday gets a bit easier not as intense.. Wednesday, i would do a 3 mile run and shadow work Thursday pads and shadow work.. Friday, technique on pads and shadow work... Saturday, bust ur ass off in the fight -

This isn't an amatuer fight by the way. Its at a party and my friend wanted to keep everyone entertained. Its going to be pretty much the same format 3 minute rounds 12 rounds. Catch is if i win im versing another person =0.
But yeah i'll remember to let my body rest a bit more each day and thanks alot man.
Oh and what should i eat?

box at a gym where people are watchin and coaching you can get seriosly hut boxi ng at partys for 12 rounds with no hed gear ,

The first guy im versing doesn't but claims he could beat me. I'm probably going to throw a left jab then just go in there like a Tyson. The 2nd guy im versing Boxes but not at a gym so he lacks skills, but he is powerful and strong.Comment
