  • What food do you miss the most when you are in training??

    The foods I miss most while I'm in training.

    3 carb servings a day. (compared to one while I'm in training)
    Fried food.
    Steak.
    Cheese.

          Chocolate
          Eating a whole pizza
          Hamburgers

              Large cookies
              Ham, egg and chips sandwich
              Ice cream
              Pizza Hut and Dominos
              Xmas cake
              Treacle sponge pudding with custard
              Roast dinner
              Fudge
              Pic'n'Mix at the cinema
              Indian food

              Having said that, I stopped missing these foods quite quickly once I started eating healthy food all the time. I don't feel tempted to buy them anymore, haven't done for quite a while.

                Exactly what I thought. All fried foods, processed foods, sweets, buns, chocoloate.... in fact anything bad for your fitness & physique has been banned from my diet for some time now.... and for good.

                  its so true isn't it. I look at unhealthy/fried/fast food now and think 'If I eat that all the training I did this morning is for ****'. The only thing I can't do without is chocolate. I gotta have a bit everyday. My biggest vice as far as diet goes
