I always hated running and I recently bought a road bike, they have no shocks but hell are they lightweight, fast and fun. To my surprise it is probably harder to bike then to run, and the workout is amazing, your legs go numb when you step off that thing. When the weather warms up again here, my goal is to bike all the way down to the ocean in san francisco.
