All cereal does is make you fat, I ate it as a kid and was a little tubbo. As for energy drinks, they are packed with sugar and you are better off just taking caffeine or protein shakes.

      Hey man,
If you are looking for a natural way to get more energy, try this recipe. I eat this everyday in the morning and before working out. Not only does it taste great, but it is all natural and gives you a great amount of energy. My brother's swimming coach advised all of his swimmers to eat this in the morning before their 2.5 hr morning practices and 2.5 hr afternoon practices.

      Here it is:

      Ingredients: 1 cup raisins
      1 cup apricots
      1 cup walnuts
A lot of honey (probably around 1/2 cup)

Basically, he says to have the raisins, apricots, and walnuts in proportion, so, depending on how much you want to make of it, you raise or lower the number accordingly. Those amounts usually last me about 2-3 weeks, so I would go with something like that.

What he does is grind up the walnuts into a bin first. Then he grinds up the apricots and raisins into the same bin. Mix those things up well in the bin, and then add enough honey to cover a layer of what's inside in the bin. Mix the stuff up with honey again, and maybe add 2-3 more layers of honey and keep mixing. The amount of honey is hard to determine from the first time making this, but, I usually prefer the mixture to be rather hard, so 3-4 layers is usually enough. You don't want to overdo it with the honey, but you also want enough to make sure the mixture isn't too dry. I store this thing in the refrigerator and take one tablespoon in the morning, one before training, and one immediately after. It looks like **** when it's all complete, but it tastes great (at least for me) and gives me a good amount of energy.

As a side not: try to have all the ingredients as natural as can get. I, for instance, purchase raisins that have the ingredients reading only "Raisins", apricots only "Apricots", and walnuts only "Walnuts". In other words, try to make sure no added preservatives or sugars are added. You can also mix in cranberries if you'd like, but I usually just go with the main 4 ingredients.

Good luck and stay away from those artifical energy drinks, caffeine tablets, etc. If you want a healthy snack, eat a fruit.

yeah that diet is just a base you can work off, that sandwich idea you have is good, memeba to use low fat butter and lean ham, tuna is great, reduced fat mayo isnt bad, remember, dont think of your diet as in percentages and that, just think about it like: your bodies a car, if you put good fuel (healthy food) into it , it'll run well with no engine problems, if you put ****ty fuel (junk food) into it, the engine (body) will **** up.........simple

                hold up
your BMI is 20.8 but youre 16.% fat?
so im gonna guess youre not particularly muscular.
my BMI is 22 but my % fat is more like 10%
in which case starting light resistance training (ie. light freeweights and controlled machine usage) sounds like a good idea.
i started doing weights at 14, and it hasnt stunted my growth (6'1)

Is this true? Because every morning I have Wheaties with raisins and a sliced up banana.
