do hiit workouts. For example...... Do a 5 min low intensity jog as a warmup. Then get your watch and run as fast as you possibly can for thirty seconds and then walk for thirty seconds then run again all out for thirty seconds then walk. Repeat this process for 10 mins and you will wiped out. This interval training is what burns fat fast. Look up hiit exercises on google for more info
