Any self respecting boxer does shadowboxing as a daily routine!

Go to a gym and learn it proper!

I do it all the time, even at home, constantly. I get very frustrated sometimes because i'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to technique/ head movement, which is why I never shadow box in the mirror, only when I want to check a punch like to see if I'm turning my jab over, if my hook is tight enough, etc.

The people who usually love it are the ones who cant box very good with an opponent in front of them so they look good punching the air in front of them lol

Shouldn't be too long now, I think my leg, which I broke a while back, is finally regaining strength and I'll be starting to add running to my daily excercise routine.
I signed up a time a go and was not able to do all the things , because i was wasted at that time, so i did lots of running or jogging, and it is very good right now!
