I'm fighting a strong guy who loves to go to the body for my first am fight. ive sparred him a few times and he hits hard down there, im wondering what i can do (besides sit ups or crunches, i do them nightly) to help toughen up my stomach. ive already gotten some advice from people at my gym but im wondering if any of you have any good advice or techniques for it.
