Im in terrible shape, lol. Im 6'2 260 lbs and my mile time is 9:43 last time i was in the gym. Im trying to get in better shape again because im sick of being fat. Highschool i was a solid 230 lbs, 6 min mile and 315 lb bench.

I can hammer out a 5:20 mile, but that is just running for a 1 mile time.
When I do 8 mile days, I try to keep up a 7:30 pace.
When I do 3-4 mile days, I try to keep it in the 6:30 range.
