      6ft, 180 lbs, I did a 5:53 1 Mile street run with slight hills and stuff so Anything from 5:45-6:00 on flat land.

              Thats really good man!....Its not like your a little guy....Im in the same boat I weigh 246 ...next time I run im going to push it to limit and see if I can get to 7 min.....

                  I'm 6'0, about 185 lbs.

                  My best mile time was in 7:15, 2 mile in 16:18 and that was for my PT test when I was in Basic Training for the Army. Now I could probably run a mile in about 6:30, maybe 6:15.
