          dfwtx, I know what you mean and you mean well by saying it clears your head and keeps you disciplined, yeah it may do that.. All I'm saying bro is that there are far more effective ways to condition... People have to understand that when you train, exercise you have a hormonal responce to and when you perform aerobic long distance running you realease a **** load of cortisol a catabloic hormone.

          Bro, research shows that interval training, runs etc burns fat faster and more effective then long running.. It's been tried and tested.. I learn all this stuff from my peers who work with many of the fighters read about on here for the most part..

          I take NO insult personal on here... We are many who think this way... I'm not trying to be an ******* just trying to add some insight here.

              just got in from doing it now ran for about 20-25 minutes feels great. instead of waking up i stayed awake watching fights slept for about 50 minutes but used a really loud alarm. its 6.45 got in about 5 minutes ago but i feel like i been awake for hours
