I'm thinking do weights big once a week and a small circuit after training on a friday night. The rest will be cardio.Comment

Weight lifting helps our body to lose fat and gain muscles depending on what area you are aiming. You don't need to worry if you are getting bigger because it's just the muscles that are improving not fats.Comment
