Losing fat, through weight lifting?

    u shouldnt have soft flabby areas in the first place, tsk tsk tsk!

    but yea weights def rev up ur metabolism and burn more calories thruout the day, but NEVER choose weights over cardio IMO.

      Haha, i dont have flabby areas....well... not really... im pretty firm. Problem is, i'm bulky.

      I can't explain it, like a rugby player physique.

      I'm thinking do weights big once a week and a small circuit after training on a friday night. The rest will be cardio.

        Weight lifting helps our body to lose fat and gain muscles depending on what area you are aiming. You don't need to worry if you are getting bigger because it's just the muscles that are improving not fats.
