It does affect your ability to do work in a negative way though. The more water you lose from your body, the more your stamina, speed and strength are affected. Therefore, working out in a sweat suit, unless you absolutely have to hit a certain weight in a matter of a few days, is idiotic and counterproductive.
    agreed i think hes amatuer i use to think sweat more to do better but ive realised it jus losses wieght nothing else.
