google reverse crunches and jacknifes.. get on a decline and get someone to toss you a medicine ball back and forth...
i can do crunches untill the sun comes up and not feel a burn
p.s. try doing half situps.. where u almost do a full situp but hold it in the midpoint for 3 seconds.. those work when ur at home and being lazy
the half sit ups are good. I hold them for 3 seconds at the halfway point. I always find the first 40-50 the hardest but when i break through that initial pain barrier then i go for about 300. I think it takes me about 20 mins. or so to do this
