    alternatives to crunches

    need some help please lads..i'm getting rellay bored of crunches
    i can do 75+ before i get any burn,what alternatives are there?..

    You can lift ur legs at the same time u are doing crunches , like a scissor movement

      Bicycle crunches will take just as long but might be less boring.

      try doing regular crunches but every 20 or so, hold your legs straight out about 10 inches off the ground for 20 seconds then do more crunches.

        You could try yoga....it sound pretty fruity but it is all core strength and stretching......good luck

          75? lol, dude, 75 crunches aint even a warmup

          u should be doin sets of 100-150 or even 200. as many sets as u can handle. plus medicine ball work, plus other core work. ur gettin bored? thats cuz u aint workin out bro...

            i used to do 300 a day but then got bord lol on top of loads of otha **** i used to do too.

              Crunches are worthless. Do full sit-ups.

                    Yeah I agree with Detroit yoga is a good workout for the abs and also works well for your balance
