    5.5% is very low. Anyone with 5.5% BF will have abs showing, so more likely the number is inaccurate. If I had a dime everytime someone claims to have a BF% that is 10% below their actual %, I'd be a rich man

        Just plenty of cardio as you're lifting weights. That way the only weight you're putting on is muscle weight and not fat
