Yeah but you was probably just skinny. There's a difference between being skinny and having muscle but a low BF%. If all you are is skin and bones then your abs will hardly show, where as if you have a lot of muscle and low BF% obviously they will.
is it possible to bulk and keep a low bf?
i'm 155 5'11 with 9% bf..
if i go down to 147 i am arund 6-7 %
i wanna up my weight but try and keep in the 6-7% zone..
any tips?
um...so you got a 6-pack right? I ain't trying to get at you but I'm saying sometimes I see people with low body-fat and no abs
Like Bernard Hopkins? All fat does is cover up muscle. when you remove it, you get to see the muscle. Just like everything else in the world, not everyone has perfectly symetrical abs. Some people have wimpy abs, some people have abs that look like they are on roids.

Just plenty of cardio as you're lifting weights. That way the only weight you're putting on is muscle weight and not fat
