      Yeah you can say **** the bench. Just do different kinds of push ups.

        try this :

        weighted dips 4 sets x 6-10
        diamond pushups 4 sets x 10
        purchase a weighted vest or fill up a rucksack with plates
        and do different types of push ups..wide grip,close grip,on one leg etc..

          I find it hard to believe there is actually people that can think like this. Everyday I think people cant get any dumber but every day Im proved horribly wrong.
