  • I hate bench press!!

    I use to do bench press. But i hate it.

    So now i just do bicep curls. And tricep curls. 3 sets of 8 reps. Every 2 days.

    If i just do these exercises is it enough to stay massive?

    ....do u plan on boxing? your saying you dont like doing one of if not the MOST important compound lift but instead you replace it with 2 isolation exercises?

      plain and simple NO!!!

      most powerlifters and anyone that knows anything about lifting doesnt even do bicep and tricep curls because u get greater increases in arm size by doing compound lifts which utilize more than one muscle.

      how do u expect to be massive by doing tricep and bicep curls??????

      how bout ur back, ur chest, ur shoulders, ur legs?

        you do those curls in the power rack right before doing your shrugs so i can;t squat?

          and word on the power rack comment. i ****ing hate when i see kids doin their little curls and forearm work in the power rack and no one else can squat. ****ing little ****s lol...

              so he's the guy that laughs at me when i do dumbell snatches then....

              curls are great if your from NJ and hanging at the shore with boys, just as long as you leave the power rack open for the men.

                The fact that bicep curls do your BICEPS and tricep curls do your TRICEPS, I really don't think this is enough to STAY MASSIVE as you say, considering bench exercises your chest.

                But the fact you don't know this makes me believe you obviously aren't massive and have NO idea what you're talking about.

                And "3 sets of 8 reps. Every 2 days" isn't nearly enough to get massive. never mind stay massive.
