      im 5feet 6 and im a jr welterweight and i have to say that im a pretty small one ompare to the others in my weight...but it depends totally on your body and not in everyone else...i mean that you have to get highly in shape and after study which weight is better for you on fighting

            Dieting and boxing.We have a cardio class every other day. I also spend about 2 hours at the gym.Also I work for a moving company so it comes off fast.

                    but not real weight,no?...is the same that i dont usually follow my diet on the weekend and i get like ricky fatton in two days and two days later, when the week begins and i continue with the training and all the stuff, goes off...
