    lol lol.

How much do you weigh? You're slow as hell and your technique is terrible. Work on your technique.

        Tips:

1.) Learn a proper guard. A basic, fundamental guard. I like the peekaboo guard, but that's just me.
2.) Throw each punch from your guard without moving the other hand.
3.) Bring your hand back to the original starting position -- in your guard -- after each punch. Always. Period. Always.
        4.) Learn proper footwork.
5.) Get in a boxing gym.

This will be awkward and you will hit like a schoolgirl and move like a moose on rollerblades for weeks or maybe months until you learn to punch and move correctly. Boxing looks ****** when you start, and it takes years to make it look good. Nothing in boxing is natural; "natural" boxers are those rare -- EXTREMELY rare -- individuals who somehow instinctively grasp boxing fundamentals or better yet, learned them intuitively when they were messing about in schoolyard fights as kids. Most of us when we laced up our gloves had to UN-learn everything we thought we knew about how to punch, move, and defend ourselves.

But these three fundamentals -- guard, mechanics, and footwork -- will keep you from getting killed, which is what would happen to you in a boxing ring right now. You have no guard, you drop your hands after every punch, and you lean so far forward with your head sticking out that all someone would have to do is absorb one punch from you before he knocked your head clean off.

There are some great tutorials on the web and on YouTube if you don't have access to a gym. There is, however, no substitute for a real boxing gym.

Check out this guy's boxing instruction videos. He looks like a dork, but listen to everything he says because he is the best instructor I've seen on the web and has some of the best technique I've seen, ever.

Good luck. Get in a gym.
