how to punch correctly

how do you punch correctly, like putting all your weight into a punch to make that **** hurt!@!

Thats a pretty generalized question. Thats hard to even break down,thats like asking. "How do you box?"

I'm just having problems with putting my weight into punches. I don't get how to move the back foot so more power goes into it

As Teddy Atlas once said. Pretend as if you're in quick sand and you're punching with your feet stuck. I hope you got that.

this website taught me how to throw a proper punch. just follow the directions in the punch section.
