I get help all the time. As long as your busting your ass and showing them that you want to box they are usually enthusiatic about helping you out, but when your new to a gym don't expect too much..you need to sort of prove yourself first. I just joined this new gym, and I'm starting to finally get some ring time, mitts, etc. but it took a week or two. How much you get depends on how much you put out. My football coach in Highschool used to say "What you give today you have forever, what you don't is lost forever". Take that attitude to the gym man, if you work out untill your about to die, five days a week..they will notice. also, remember when you move to a new area/gym you have to start proving yourself all over again...it's a little discoraging at first, lol trust me I know, but keep working.
