    Attention from Trainers

how much attention do you get from the trainers? do they just mill about giving pointers? If you go 5 or more days a week do they do mitt work with you each day? or any other drill on a regular basis? when I join up how much attention can I really expect? Not that Im attention crazy but I'd like to know theres someone keeping an eye on form or whatever at least once in a while so I don't do things wrong for a long time without realizing. Do they sit down and make out a workout regimine or something?

I get a **** load of attention from my trainers. If they see you're working your ass off they'll spend time with you. You have to show them you want it.

Also if you're clearly gifted in an area as punching power, defense, speed. You'll get looked at alot more.

pretty much what everyone else said about earning attention. but to break it down, my trainer usually focuses and works with who ever is in the ring, whether it's mitts, drills, sparring, light contact, that's where he usually does most of his teaching. i get to work exclusively with my trainer for at the very least 3 rounds almost everyday. usually it's more. depends on who's there, what we're doing, etc.

if no one is in the ring he'll work out with us and give us advice at our stations.
